The CF-15 is the ideal Prelube pump, meticulously crafted for standby power installations, large-scale natural gas or diesel gen-sets, and marine primary power applications. Engineered to operate quietly and without the need for maintenance, these robust prelube pumps safeguard your engine against startup wear by ensuring oil presence in the bearings before any engine motion initiates without you having to give it a second thought.
Featuring an internal check valve to prevent backflow from the engine service oil pump and a pressure regulating valve that “right-sizes” the pump to your engine providing as much oil as the engine will accept at 60 psi. CF-15 delivers unparalleled performance and reliability.

While the 24vdc variant is the most popular for its ability to efficiently purge air from the engine and “blackstart” the engine from battery power, consuming less than 0.45ah of battery current, we also offer AC versions for applications where grid power is readily available, enhancing convenience and versatility.

Engineered with cutting-edge technology initially developed to safeguard locomotive engines, the CF-15 outperforms generic pumping solutions by swiftly and efficiently delivering oil into the engine’s galleries, particularly advantageous when starting from a limited battery supply which will also be required for engine cranking. Though designed primarily for prelubrication, our customers have discovered its versatility, utilizing it as an oil or fuel transfer pump. In addition, they make great process pumps where constant pressure or constant flow is important. Equipped with a self-contained constant pressure regulator and internal bypass, CF pumps effortlessly support multiple parallel processes, maintaining consistent performance even amid variations in individual processes.
